Foot Fondling is a serious problem. Hundreds of people have their feet fondled each year, some are aware of it, but some don't even know it's happening. If you suspect or are aware of Foot Fondling crimes happening around you, don't hesitate to get help. For those that find out, this can be a very trying time.
